Your measurements are the build
We guide every measurement by phone and review the numbers with you before production. Because we cannot visit your home, responsibility for confirmed measurements rests with you, and errors in customer-provided measurements are not covered by warranty. We say this up front because you deserve to know it up front.
Custom products are final sale
Each panel is built for one specific opening in your home. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or returned. This is standard for made-to-order work, and it is the reason we confirm every detail in writing first.
Freight is quoted in plain numbers
Shipping is quoted individually with your order and included in your written quote before you commit to anything. Inspect the shipment at delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and report it within 48 hours so it can be handled with the carrier.
